Duties and taxes are different in every country and many factors play a role in determining if they need to be paid. Orders shipped to countries outside of the Australia may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country. From our experience, most foreign customers are not charged when they receive the shipment, however, any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.
If you do get charged an additional fee, the carrier will expect payment at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these charges, or if an order is rejected by customs due to item restrictions, or if the order is returned because the local post is unable to locate your address, we can refund you for the cost of the products (which does not include any shipping or return shipping fees) once the package is returned and processed by our warehouse. NOTIMEWHEYSTED cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package by local customs.
Note: Packages returned by customs can sometimes take a very long time to return, and in extreme circumstances can take as long as one year.

As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an order confirmation email. Included in the email is the name of the carrier, the ship date, and the tracking number.
Please note, It can take up to 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to update after dispatch.
If you have entered the incorrect shipping address into your order and your order has been placed, please go to our contact page and contact us immediately.
If you are emailing our support team, please include “Incorrect shipping address in my order” in the subject and please include what you need to change regarding your order.
We would advise doing this as quick as possible, as once the order has been processed there’s nothing we can do to amend the items or shipping address.
If you have entered the incorrect address, you will need to get in contact with resident of the address which was provided. If the address does not exist, it will make its way back to our facilities and will be redirected to your correct address.
We are not liable for any losses incurred if the customer has provided any incorrect details for their order.

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of delivery.

How to return your item (Domestic & International)
1. Contact us to notify us of your intent to return your items with your Full name, Order ID number, and the details of all the item(s) you wish to return and why.
2. Once you have received confirmation from our support team, prepare your parcel with your goods and any documents provided by the support team (if requested).

4. You will be notified by email once your returns have been processed. It’s as easy as that!
If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order excluding shipping within 7-10 business days after we receive the product in returnable condition at our warehouse.

– We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
– Original shipping charges are non-refundable
– You are responsible for return shipping charges
– Expect delays during/after holidays, sales and special events
